Note: For health and wellness products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

- Products that have been customized or personalized.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance, unless defective.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.
